Power Cord: Standard size - 3 meters long. Connect one end to the Neon Sign and the other to the Adapter.

Wall Mounting Screws: Screws provided for you to easily mount your design on your wall

Shipping & Returns

PRODUCTION TIME: Once the order is placed, it takes between 10-12 days to dispatch the order. In case there is any customization in the design, we will provide you with a design file for approval within 48 hours of you placing the order. Only once the design is approved, we will start with the production. 

SHIPPING: We provide FREE SHIPPING on all orders. The tracking number will be shared with you once the order has been shipped out.

RETURNS: We do not accept any returns unless the product you have received is damaged. In case of damage, please email us within 24 hours of receiving the package and share relevant pictures which shows the damage clearly. Our team will be in touch to replace the product. Please note- No returns will be accepted after a period of 24 hours of receiving the order.

DESIGN ASSISTANCE - We go the extra mile! You express your design and we make it a reality. We have a qualified design team that will help bring your neon sign to life. Unless you approve the design and overall look, we do not take the Neon Sign into production.

EASY TO HANG -  As simple as hanging a photo frame or a wall clock. We provide you with screws for you to just place it on your walls.

How to Install?

Our sign boards are designed keeping your convenience in mind. We provide you with wall mount screws for you to easily mount your artistic designs on your wall.

It is as SIMPLE as hanging a Wall Clock or Photo Frame

Simple Installation Steps:

Step 1: Drill holes on your wall where you would like to place your artwork

Step 2: Screw the artwork to the drilled wall

Step 4: Connect the Power Cord to the Adapter

Step 3: Plug the adapter in the socket of your electric board

Step 4: Switch on the light

Step 5: Spread the joy of lights throughout your space
